Whenever I see link parties for mantels I cringe. I have a mantel but its nothing to write home about and it contains that ugly cable box with the TV above. Not decor friendly, but it keeps the fam happy! ;)
I love this time of year. Its so cozy, warm, and full of layers {colors and fabrics}; all the things that make a home homey!
I decided to make the best of it and see what I could come up with. Here's how it turned out along with a few other areas around the house that were spruced up for fall.
I love how the sticks bring in that natural element and hopefully your eye goes to them and not the box they sit on! ;)
